I am a Registered Physiotherapist (she/her/hers) in the province of Ontario, Canada. My passion is sharing knowledge and collaborating with passionate clinicians and healthcare providers from different professions across North America so that our clients who have pelvic health concerns can work confidently towards their fitness and lifestyle goals based off the latest research and clinical practice guidelines.
